We ship worldwide.
We like to keep things simple and charge a €4.90 shipping fee for every country in the world. If you order for more than EUR 35, shipping is free to any country in the world.
We aim to deliver as fast as possible. If you’re living in Austria, Germany or Switzerland you will receive your parcel 3-5 business days after you have placed your order. Allow 5-7 business days for other countries in the EU and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world. Add 2-3 business days for embroidered goods.
There may be import taxes or fees applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made. We are not liable for these charges and they unfortunately can’t be reimbursed by True Boxers. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your country, please contact your local customs office to find out more.
Yes, you can. We offer a 14 days right to return on all our underwear products. However, exluded are products which have been provided with initials, because the product has been specially embroidered for you. The products returned have to be in an unworn and unwashed condition with all tags intact and in place.

We don’t cover shipping costs incurred for returning products to True Boxers. However, if you want to exchange your boxers for another size or model, shipping for the new product is for free.
